Mutual Support at IBO Toolbox!

I love giving and getting encouragement in my life. It is great that it actually has a NAME on IBO Toolbox – IBO Spirit!

Not only are people encouraged to give each other positive comments, LIKE each other’s posts and comments, but Paul encourages us to really truly to be nice to each other. Wow!

The Golden Rule on the Internet – treat others as you would want to be treated. It is a wonderful way to make true connections, and not just go through the motions.

On IBO Toolbox, we help each other even if we work for competing companies. That is amazing.

In the mid 1980’s I worked for Apple Computer. We HATED IBM. There was a woman in my church years after I left Apple and she worked for IBM. I never could quite get over the little wall between us because of that old attitude. She was a young mother and got breast cancer. Our families became close, and we helped take care of them as much as we could. She ended up passing away from the cancer. I always felt that it was a shame that I wasted a year of our friendship with that wall between us.

There are certainly STARS at IBO Spirit. I don’t know everyone yet, but I have gotten to know a few spectacular people that you should meet!
