Golden Rule of Business – Under Promise, Over Deliver
I have been thinking about this today. It is important to have the great qualities to be successful in life and in your work that you want to see in others.
If you want people to be honest with you, be an honest person.
If you want people to be great clients and customers with you, be a good customer and client when it is your turn.
You will attract to yourself the same things that you put out into the world.
I am not promoting the services of the videos, but thought they had some good points!
It is so important to be honest and ethical in your business dealings. Even the first time that you are in contact with someone, give them the chance to be impressed with you and feel great about your services.
I remember when I worked at Apple Computer, they taught us to develop “Raging Fans” and it was a wonderful way to work with customers and clients!
Most of us have heard that slogan talking about Customer Service and Excellence.
You can also make it a way of life!
Just give your sweetheart a hint of the surprise, and then deliver big on a romantic evening. The suspense and the fun adds so much to the experience.
Offer to take the children somewhere that they like, the mall for example. When you get there, tell them that because they have been good they can stay and extra hour and give them a little extra spending money.
Promise that something will be done by the weekend that everyone wants or needs, and then have it done by Wednesday.
